Mushroom Tacos

 🌮 Hi, bloggers! Let’s make Quick Mushroom Tacos

These tacos are perfect for a meatless Monday or any day you want a healthy and tasty meal. Super quick and full of flavor!


Ingredients:


250 g mushrooms, sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

¼ onion, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp oil

8 corn tortillas

Optional for serving: avocado, lime, chopped cilantro, or your favorite salsa.


Preparation:

1. Sauté the mushrooms: Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic. After 2 minutes, add mushrooms. Cook for about 8–10 minutes until browned. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

2. Warm the tortillas and fill each one with the mushroom mixture.

3. Serve with toppings of your choice.
