Banana Oat Cookies
Hello, bloggers!
In this new post, I'm going to show you how to make a recipe for Banana Oat Cookies. If you're craving something sweet but want to keep it healthy, this recipe is perfect for you! Let's start by listing the ingredients.
Ingredients (makes 8–10 cookies):
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of oats (you can use rolled or instant oats)
Optional: cinnamon, chocolate chips, nuts, raisins
First of all, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly to avoid contaminating the ingredients.
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
3. Add the oats and mix well. If you'd like, add cinnamon or any extras like chocolate chips.
4. Use a spoon to scoop out portions of the dough, form them into balls, and slightly flatten them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Finally, it's time to serve them—pour yourself a glass of milk and enjoy those delicious cookies!
That's all for today, bloggers! Remember, if there's a specific recipe you'd like me to make, leave it in the comments and I’ll do it. See you next Wednesday!
