Hello, my bloggers!
In this new post, I’m going to teach you how to make a delicious Pasta with Tuna and Tomato Sauce. This recipe is very quick, easy, and perfect for any meal. Most importantly, I must say it is very tasty! The recipe is calculated for two people, but if you want to make it for more or fewer servings, you can adjust the ingredient proportions accordingly.
Ingredients:
200 g of pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your preferred type)
1 can of tuna in water or oil (drained)
1 cup of tomato sauce (homemade or canned)
1 garlic clove, minced
½ onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano or basil (optional)
Grated cheese (optional)
First, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid contaminating the ingredients.
Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. While it cooks, we’ll prepare the sauce.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
3. Add the drained tuna and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce, add salt, pepper, and your preferred spices. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
