Pasta with Cream and Ham

In this new post, I’ll show you how to make pasta with cream and ham. In case you haven’t noticed, I love pasta, and I make it deliciously! This recipe serves two people, so without further ado, let’s get started with the ingredients.


Ingredients:


200 g of pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your favorite)

100 g of ham, diced

1 cup of cooking cream

½ cup of milk

1 tablespoon of butter

¼ of an onion, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Grated cheese (optional)


Before we begin, let’s wash our hands properly to keep everything clean.


Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta: Boil water with salt and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the ham: Stir in the diced ham and cook for another minute.

4. Incorporate the cream and milk: Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste, and let it cook for 3 minutes.

5. Combine with the pasta: Add the cooked pasta and stir until it’s well coated with the sauce.

6. Serve: Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired and enjoy while hot.



And for the final step… let’s eat this delicious pasta, ready in less than 20 minutes!
