Chia Pudding

In this new post, I bring you a super recipe… Chia Pudding! Yes, chia! This recipe is full of fiber and is very healthy, so if you want to give it a try, here it is. Without further ado, let's get started!



Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

30 ml of almond milk

4 tablespoons of yogurt

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Honey (bee or maple)

Fruit (whichever you prefer)


Preparation:

Before we start, it's important to wash our hands well to avoid contaminating the ingredients.

1. In a 400 ml container with a lid, add the two tablespoons of chia seeds and the 30 ml of almond milk. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

2. After this time, take it out and add the vanilla extract for extra flavor.

3. Add your preferred yogurt and finally, a touch of honey to sweeten it. Mix well.

4. Refrigerate again for at least two hours. I recommend making this recipe at night so that in the morning, you have a nutritious breakfast ready to go.

5. When you're ready to enjoy your chia pudding, add your favorite fruit. I personally love it with bananas, it’s delicious!
