Crispy Potato Tacos

Hi, bloggers! In this new post, I’m going to show you how to make some Crispy Potato Tacos for those days when you don’t have much time to cook but still want something delicious. This recipe serves about 4 people, so let’s get to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes

12 corn tortillas

½ cup shredded cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying

For serving (optional):

Chopped lettuce

Sour cream

Green or red salsa

Crumbled fresh cheese

Before we start cooking, let’s wash our hands to avoid contaminating the ingredients.

Preparation:

1. Cook the potatoes: Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until soft (about 20 minutes). Drain them and mash them. Add salt, pepper, and shredded cheese if you'd like.

2. Assemble the tacos: Warm the tortillas a little so they don’t break. Add a spoonful of mashed potatoes to each one and roll them up like tacos.

3. Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the tacos until golden and crispy on both sides. Let them drain on paper towels.

4. Serve: Top with lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and cheese to your liking.

And finally… enjoy! These are absolutely delicious and totally worth trying. If you want me to make a specific recipe, leave it in the comments and I’ll do it next Wednesday. See you then!
